It is a shame Fred is being forced to provide this accessibility statement due to spineless bureaucrats making it a law instead of this being a voluntary implementation. If he had intended to create this website for visually-impaired or deaf folks he would have done so. As a part-time, one-man-shop tech support person, such laws impede his ability to help folks with their tech issues. As the normal course of assisting folks, Fred doesn't usually communicate with deaf folks using sign language, nor provide sign-language (or other language) interpreters. In this day and age there are free phone/device-based apps for the deaf and hearing-impaired which can provide live captioning to spoken audio that is "heard" by a phone or tablet and displayed on the device's screen.
